Fair Book 2007

All files have been done in Adobe Acrobat format, scroll down to the bottom of this page and look for the Adobe logo and link, if you need to download the latest version. If you have any problems opening or viewing the file, please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. Current Adobe version as of this date, is v8.1.2, as taken from Help/About. If you require a printed version, please contact the fair office.

To Enter anything in the fair, we need to hear from you in advance.
Please submit the following form to the office, using one of the contact options. (you can mail, fax, or email directly from the form)

Please use the Correct Form for your age:

These new forms will give you the options within Adobe Reader, to either:

A - Print the blank form, fill it in by hand, and mail to the address with your payment.
B - Print the blank form, fill it in by hand, and fax it in. (make payment when you pick up your tags)
C - Type on the form, on the screen, hit the print button, and print it off. (then mail or fax it to us)
D - Type on the form, on the screen, hit the email button, and send it to us by email. (then make payment when you pickup your tags, if applicable)

That's a lot of options, but we're trying to be flexible, and save paper and postage at the same time. We've saved almost $900 already this year, with people opting for PDF versions of the fair book, so keep up the good work! Hopefully, for next year, you'll also be able to pay for your entries online, but that's just a bit more complicated...

Note: If you use the email option, and want to keep a backup of your entry, please just keep a copy of the sent email, that has the little "XML" file attached to it.

Also: Hotmail, Yahoo, and other web based email users, may have to save the .XML file that the Email link creates on their computer, and then attach it to a separate email to us. This is not our fault, but simply a limitation of using web-based email.
